How do I make Ringtones for a Sidekick 3?

I have a program that I can make ringtones on, coolringer, and it works for my razr but when I tried to send a ringtone to my brothers phone, sidekick 3, it wont let me. I know its in different formats so I was wondering what formats are the ringtones on a sidekick and how would I be able to convert them? btw I have a bluetooth adapter for my computer so I can send them to my phone that way.
