Download totally free ringtones

How do I get VZW?

Okay i've asked this 2 different time already but noone seems to understand what im saying so let me try it one last time. On my cell phone(LG Chocolate) I go to Ringtones and Get New Ones then I goto the Get New Application. But the only ones that are there are Sony Music Box & Universal Tonos. I have click on True Tones that is where Sony Music Box is at thats the only one there. Is there some other way to get it? I have looked everyone in the phone and can not find anything. My other phone has it on it its a Samsung Verizon, so i figured there had to be somehow to get it on my LG?

2. u might have to call customer service and see what they can do for ya since it is suppose to be on all phones that have get it now.
