how do i send ringtones from my computer to my cell? alltel motorola 815?

i have sony music box downloaded on my phone but but i can only use it on my phone. i'm trying to use my computer to send songs to my cell. when i pull up sony mb online it does'nt give alltel the option.(tells ya to go to axcess on your phone) but they give cingular and a couple other providers the option. can somebody help me !!!! Does anyone know a site for free ringtones for alltel motorola 815? I can find them for other phone companies, but not alltel.
