Where can i make my own free high quality music ringtones and download it to my pc?

i have a motorola rizr z3 and i want to make a loud good quality ringtone from my music or any website that has free good quality ringtones

1. for free ringtones. go to to ventones. they have the mosquito ringtone. i use it. a lot of stuff in that site. try it. upload the song and choose 20sec. of it, and use it as your ringtone.
2. i have one of those phones too. and what i do is make my own ringtone. i have this software that can chop up music and stuff like that so i cut it, mix it, add sound effects, whatever i want. and then i just upload it to my fone straight from my PC. it sounds really good. i think what u need to do is not look for a web site but look for a free version of a software u can download to make your own ringtones. i just looked up something you can use. its 100% free (according to the site) http://audacity.sourceforge.net/download/windows try it.
