How to make MP3s into ringtones? I have a Samsung SCH-r610 phone?

Okay, so I just bought a new SCH-r610 Samsung slider phone. I have the microSD card and an adapter. I can put songs (mp3) onto the phone and play them through its mp3 player, and I can put photos, etc. onto the phone. The 3 folders on my phone/card are 'My Images', 'My Videos' and 'My Music'... no 'My Sounds' or anything. I just can't figure out how to make mp3s on my computer into ringtones. Do I need to convert the Mp3s into something using Audacity? What do I need to do??

1. I have the same phone and I have tried diferent ways but the phone cant find the ringtones in the card. I used "Music maker 11" to convert my ringtones, and then I put them in every directory possible. "Eg: My_Ringtones, My_Music, etc." You could download a ringtone from the Browser and see were they are seved, and just replaced it.
