How do I turn MP3 files on my Nokia 6265i into ringtones?

Every time I try it says "Not allowed by activations key"

1. HI First go to the MP3 file u want. Then open it. Thereafter go to to the options. There is an option ' Use Tone'. Select it. Then Chose to set it as a ring tone for incoming call or incoming msg & Rock!!!!
