I need to convert mp3 music in a shared file,and already on itunes into ringtones,already tried mp3 trim and.?

I asked this question, but in different words please give me simple answers just trying to make my downloaded music to ringtones the easiest way, and what i can understand give me sites I can try out, to do this my downloaded music is about 4,000kb long i need to shorten the music down to about 400kb long to make the music rintones is there any free sites to do that
