Download totally free ringtones

whats a good program to convert my mp3 music into ringtones?

i need to do it without using my phone to get to the website to download the ringtone after its been converted

1. You don't even need a program. Go to myxer.com or phonezoo.com. It's free and you can choose the part of the mp3 you want as your ringtone. I have done it before and know that it works!
2. download.com is a great site for programs, most ringtones are in a wav or midi file format depending on the phone. MIDI is more along the lines of chirp ringtones, no really a real song. WAV format is closer to the "realtones" we hear about.
