1. i'd think that you'd find what you're looking for over at dada mobile..
2. no that's not true. you can use ur mp3s as ringtones. no need to convert. go to myphonefiles.com n download voicetones studio n simply make ur own ringtones in mp3 format. they only sound better in mp3 format.
