How do I put in songs and ringtones into my cellphone by downloading?

I have a RAZR, and Cingular/AT&T is my carrier. I have a USB cable, and I know you have to download the thing you want. What next?

1. just go on line with cingular and go under shop ringtones, pick your ringtone and buy it. it will send a text to your phone with directions. i didn't need a usb cable with mine. i've done this twice already.
2. The easiest way to download a ringtone with using your USB cable cord is to sign up on www. projectplaylist.com and type the name of the song and then when the results show up click on the things that says download ringtone it takes you to another site where you put your phone # in and then you find ringtones: poly and music, videos, pics, graphics, wallpapers and all.
3. why don't you download them by browsing from your handset? Opera 8 or 9 would do great.
