How to convert my mp3 songs into ringtones for my T-mobile Dash?

I have a T-mobile dash that I just got, and I want to know how to convert one of my mp3's into a ringtone, please help, please!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. It's pretty easy. All you have to do is copy the .mp3 file to the phone's, My Documents. It won't work if you copy it to the storage card, so you have to copy it directly to the phones Document folder.
2. You have to cut the mp3 to a 30 second clip. If it's longer it will be too large a file. For this I use a program called MP3myMP3. Just Google that and download it. It's easy to use. Then you use ActiveSync's explore function to get it onto the phone.
