Download totally free ringtones

Can anybody give me a walkthrough to transfer mp3 songs into ringtones onto a sprint centro?

I have a sound forge 8.0 to convert it to the proper format, but cant figure out which it is. the centro has the pocket tunes feature where it can play mp3 songs clear, but would not have it as to ringtones.... It does have bluetooth

2. sprint is extremely picky about what format it accepts as ringtones. i recommed that you use a free ringtone site Ventones you wont need to mess with bluetooth or cables or any software. you do nee internet though, i have sprint unlimited powervision so it works out nice for me
