Does anyone know how to convert songs into ringtones?

I can't find anything that converts songs into ringtones!!! CAN ANYONE HELP ME!???

2. To convert mp3's or any media on your computer into a ringtone you can use the website www.mobile17.com. You have to become a member but its free to become one. Here you choose what kind of phone you have and and you click on the button for true tones. Then you have to locate the song on your computer and put the name of it in and also you can put in where you want the ringtone to start at. The max ringtone length is 40 seconds that you can specify and that should be long enough. Then you can specify how you want to receive the ringtone and the way i do it is through a pic message. Then just set the sound as your ringtone. Everything is free except if you dont have a plan for pic messages it might cost you a few cents. I may sound complicated but its really easy.
3. I forgot where it was, but I googled that and there is a free web service that will do it for you. Just google it...
