Download totally free ringtones

How can i get free ringtones to my alltel phone WITHOUT having to use the web on my phone to download???

I have a wave phone and i need free ringtones without having to go to the internet on my phone to get them!!!

1. you dont have many options besides passing the songs from your computer to your phone with a usb cable which can be sort of pricey depending on where you buy it ($10 to $30) or find a friend with bluetooth and ringtones and maybe get them from his phone (only if you have bluetooth). or use a site like Ventones and save the ringtones to your computer and pass them to your phone somehow like i just told you.
