1. dude - i was lost , googling for days until i found www.cellsea.com its liek this amazing online cell phone site, for wallpapers, videos, and games but better yet, it has a user-made ringtones database, AND a ringtone maker ( you upload a song and then cut the song until you get a ringtone of your favourite part or w/e) BEST SITE FOR RINGTONES EVER
2. myxer.com. You can upload a song from your computer and pick what part of the song you want to make into a ringtone.
3. you can get yours through bluetooth or through text.i got my ringtones from this place i use which send me ringtones through texting.
