Okay, I finally found out how to get music from my computer to my enV3 BUT, now how can i make them a ringtone?

how?? i know that recordings can be made into ringtones, but these songs are real songs under the thing on my phone that says music and playlists & stuff like an ipod. but there is no option to make them a ringtone? can i? PLEASExoxo
