How can I make ringtones for my blackberry?

On my blackberry, I can transfer saved songs into my ringtone folder and use them as ringtones, but I want a program that I can create a small version of the song (like apx 20 seconds) and have it saved so I can transfer it. Does anyone know of a good site to use?
