Download totally free ringtones

Does someone know how to make/ convert songs into ringtones for the Samsung Mythic?

Well i have tried ventones and it doest work because my web browsing is disabled and i have tried converting mp3 files into 3G2 files but apparently the mythic does not support that file type and to make things even worse all the default ringtones sux!!!!!! So any ideas? The default tones are mp3 format but obviously not normal mp3 files anyone know to help????? ps i have tried changing th khz that is not the problem
