How can i make my ringtones louder?

So i just got the samsung finesse from metro pcs and i have one problem.....every time i get a call my ringer starts of kindah low and then it increases its volume after a little while. I on the other hand would like it to start off loud automatically without the increasing volume, Help??

1. Ventones just make your own ringtone for free .Its safer and the quality is pretty good I use it all the time and you can also make your own wallpapers
2. I think you downloaded a crappy ringtone that plays low. Find a new ringtone or another version of the song that plays loud. And keeps playing at the same tone without changing.
3. either ur song is quiet or ur phone has that increasing volume as 1 of the ringtone settings
