How do i record my own ringtones for iPhone?

I have an iPhone, and i want to RECORD my own ringtones directly onto the phone. how do i record it then make it my ringtone? i dont want to make it on garageband or itunes just a voice. and make it the ring tone HOW?!

ITs very simple: Record a voice by iPhone transfer to iTunes, right click on it , click on GET INFO select start time and end time Then on the top on iTunes, click on ADVANCE chose Create AAC version Once its created, drag it to desktop Delete the one in iTunes One desktop extension will be .M4a right clock and change the extension to .m4r now drag it to music folder of iTunes The ringtone folder will automatically take this And now u can use it as ringtone on iPhone I take 1 minutes to complete entire process.
