How to host ringtones for download on a school website?

I work the student union at my school. I have access to the website of course :) and I make the ringtone files. However, now I am stuck on what method to use as far as making the ringtones available for immediate download for students. I would preferably host the ringtones on our website, so people could click a link and have the ringtones sent to their phone. Does anyone have any ideas! Thank you!

1. You gotta use somethings like proxy which actually allows all your blockedsites including facebook and orkut........... Just google it for a new latest proxy.....There are a helling lot of chinese proxies available
