How can I make my ringtones around 120k?

I keep trying to make a ringtone for my phone because my mom took off interent and i cant go on myxer or zedge.com anymore -_- anyways, everyime i make one I usually cut it down to 30 or 20 sexoncds, but it comes out like 600k!! and my old ringotnes are around 120. Any converters?? Help
