How to get ringtones on a Samsung Rogue (Verizon)?

I recently got a samsung rogue, and i was wondering if i can get ringtones from say Myxer.com Zedge.net. or is their a way to create your own ringtone and put it on a micro chip memory card to use as ringtones?
