anyone know a free way to get custom sms ringtones for a jailbroken 2g iphone without sshing them in?

im a noob at ssh so there really isnt any possible way for me to do it unless an app online actually sends the information to my phone via usb cord in cydia there are many ringtones for when someone calls. i am talking about an sms rintones for when someone texts me.
