Free ringtones websites?

I dont like to download songs (is it safe? does it make my comp slower? does it cost money?). I want songs by the actual singer/celeb not recorded or remixed. Kind of like phonezoo easy to get ringtones and wallpapers but not the right singer. are there any other sites like this? thanks!

2. check out this site. http://www.mytinyphone.com/ringtones/ I only used it once to download the dethklok theme song and some metalocalypse wallpaper onto my blackberry, but it worked like a charm. there is tons of different songs to choose from and i was sort of pissed that i actually paid for ringtones before.
