I want free ringtones?

My friend can get onto a website and just type her phone number in and get ringtones sent to her for free without having to later get onto a web browser on her phone to retrieve the ringtones. I think the site she goes to sends them in texts or just adds them to her songs..... ?? Help? i want free ringtones? WITHOUT having to pay like $9.99 a month? and WITHOUT having to get online on my cell phone to recieve them? I don't have internet on my phone for free.
