Download totally free ringtones

Make songs into ringtones?????? Help please?

dont tell me myxer or phonezoo....I can not use those b;/c they way they send them to my phone does not let me save them. I have a memory card that goes to my phone that allows me to put songs on there but if i make the song a ringtone it is not the right part of the song.... so i need a website thaat is free and lets you upload music and then edit the part you want as ringtone and saves to computer.

1. if you go to www.sprintusers.com they give you all the tools to be able to do it
2. i use a program called ashampoo (funny name i know lol) but yeah i make ringtones alll the time with that i just cut out the part i want, save it and put it on my phone
3. there's a free program which you can download from the web which enables you to convert regular mp3 songs to the format your phone supports.
