How to get free ringtones on my phone without Internet or a USB cable?

My Sprint phone, a Sanyo Katana, has no Internet and no USB cable port, which pretty much sucks. But is there a way to get 100% FREE ringtones on my phone without a USB or Internet? I recorded something, then tried to use it as a ringer, but it didn't work out. I can't upgrade or change my phone yet, but I really want a new ringer. Help? Please?
