How to upload music/ringtones to my cellphone via bluetooth?

i have a samsung att somethingorother (its a slide phone wit keyboard) i want to know how to upload some music or ringtones to my phone via bluetooth for free. i know how to get it from phone to phone but not computer to phone, my phone does not come wit internet, i know it is possible cuz my sister who live by her computer has them on her phone and we have the same phone

1. Yes you can transfer ringtone via bluetooth. Instead of using usb cord on the usb port, you will insert the bluetooth dongle on the usb port. Here's a link on how to do it. Hope this help!
