How do you make your own ringtones for free?

Ok, I need some new ringtones... badly. I have the songs, but I cant figure out how to make them into ringtones. Will someone please help? By the way, I AM THE #1 TWILIGHT FAN IN THE WORLD! If you don't think so, you haven't met me.
