How do I change my iTunes songs into a ringtone?

I want to change my iTunes songs into ringtones for my cell phone. No, I do not have an iPhone, just a normal phone.

2. First make sure your songs are DRM-Free. If not make them DRM-free. Then right click the song you want to change. Click the one thats like make into ringtone its around the bottom. Change it into a ringtone save it. Plug in your phone and go to your documents find the ringtone and drag and drop it to your phone. Thats all.
