how can i make music from my itunes into ringtones on my iphone?

i bought an iphone this weekend...i downloaded a song from itunes that has the ringtone capability but i cant seem to make it a ringtone on my phone.....how do i do it?

1. http://www.ventones.com just follow the steps on that site . Ventones shows how to get free ringtones for iphones. i use it for my iphone 3g all the time
