Free Ringtones for Alltel Samsung R510 Wafer?

I'm looking for a free, send directly to phone, ringtones website for Alltel users. I used to go to phonezoo.com, but they stopped being able to do things with Alltel because they're phones suck. I can only get the ringtone/sound if it is sent directly via text or SMS, where I can save it from there. There is no other way because they want to corner the market for $2.99 ringtones (way too outrageous). *I cannot get a ringtone with a WAP connection because no matter how much I try it won't download right. *I can't Bluetooth it because Alltel restricted bluetooth for only pictures and not music. *Alltel and the Wafer sucks, so it's no wonder they discontinued it. So does anyone know of a site that can help me in my situation? Thanks. I can't download from Ventones as they can't send it directly to my phone, only available via web browser, and my phone can't download it. I already checked with Verizon Wireless' site, and they aren't going to do anything for Alltel for months. Besides, I just tried it and it doesn't work with WAP.

  1. www.ventones.com is the only free site that works for Alltel, its free and they send you the ringtone in seconds. you can also upload and make your own ringtones.
  2. You should upgrade your phone because Alltel is now owned by Verizon Wireless. You'll be able to use WAP with Verizon.
  3. I have 2 Alltel phones, the Scoop and a Rzr. There is only one site that works for Alltel and its Ventones. Its the best and way better than the other site mentioned. They send me a link and I download it straight to my phone. The problem is that the Hue does not allow ringtone downloads. Its one of 2 phones from Alltel, that no matter what you try, no site will work. http://bitpim.org http://handheld.softpedia.com/get/Developer-Tools/File-Manager/P2kCommander-38120.shtml You can still use Ventones to make the ringtone, then download it to your pc, and load it with a cable and a special program Try using one of 2 programs to access your phone's file system. Either Bitpim or P2k commander (works well for motorola phones)
