Can I get free ringtones on my cell phone with the internet blocked on it?

Well, I've been trying to get those free ringtones from websites,but my mom blocked the internet from my phone. Every time I try to get one they send me the ringtone in a link that i can't go to. Anyone know a web site where I don't need internet access on my cell phone in order to get them?
