where can you get free ringtones for alltel on your phone without internet on your phone?

i dont have internet on my phone, and i dont know how too get ringtones on my phone without having to download them, or them too cost money.

2. www.myxer.com has awesome free ring tones for all phones.
3. www.ventones.com is the only free site that works for Alltel, its free and they send you the ringtone in seconds. you can also upload and make your own ringtones.

6. sorry to say you cant unless you got a phone like me the walkman slide what i do is go to myxertones and download the iphone ringtone and your a program that came with m phone and put it on here in a mp3 format but you need a usb 2 your phone
7. Go to www.mobiles24.com. Find your song by search, or upload it from your computer. Save the section you want as your ring tone to your computer then send it as a text message to your cell phone. Free and easy. But you do have to make an account and verify your email. It doesn't take too long though. And it's worth it.
8. Apparently, the only way to get a ring tone on your Alltell phone is by having them texted to your phone from sites like phonezoo.com, freetones.com, and other reputable ring tone suppliers. Most of these ring tones are free, and they are very good, but they have to be sent to your phone via text. From there, you can open the tone file and then use it as a ring tone. However, if you want a real, copyrighted song, you have to use iTunes and pay 99 cents for it in the tone store. ventones.com is also an Alltell tone supplier. Hope this helps!

You can make your own ringtones for FREE from cd's, itunes files, wav files, wma files, anything you want. its amazing and FREE and you don't need internet, they have a free alltel without internet tutorial on their alltel help section i know, i own 3 alltel phones (scoop, glimmer, rzr)
