Download totally free ringtones

how to upload files from my music to my ringtones on the LG Dare?

i bluetoothed all my old ringtones from my old phone to my new LG Dare. it put the files in the my music folder, but in order to use them as ringtones they must be moved to the my ringtone folder. i cant figure out how to do this. can someone help me?
