Is myxer a free ringtone website?

The guy at the sprint store said that it was free, because he used it, but the actual website said "you are responsible for paying the fees" and it listed the forms of payment it accepted. Also, when I click on a song, it never says anything about paying. I'm very confused, does anyone know if they charge you for downloading ringtones? Also, do they also charge you to download games? Thank you all VERY much if you answer!!!! Also, would I have to become a member of the website for it to be free, if it is free?

1. i tried to use it and they charged me 9.99. so no i don't think it is free
2. It is free, i have sprint and have downloaded many ringtones. If you come across a song that you want and it is a fee, continue to search the site until you find that same song but free of charge. Games are free and Screensavers/wallpapers. Enjoy!

NO NO NO NO NO it's not free! they say it's free, but if you check your bill after you subscribe, they charge you $9.99 a month! on the bill it doesn't say myxer.com it says something else, but it's definitely myxer charging you! use www.funformobile.com that's what i use now & it's completely free!
