What is a good place to find truly free ringtones?

I don't want ones I have to pay a little something for or sign some kind of contract saying I'll pay. I want ringtones that are really free.

3. instead of ring tones, how about songs? you can download songs onto your computer. than you put them onto a cd and burn the songs into your music folder on your computer. then you go to the store and ask for a memory chip for the phone you have. so in example if you have at&t, and say you have a razor, you say, can i buy a memory chip for my razor? and then you'll spend about 15-20$ for a memory ship. then you out the memory chip in the SD holder and then stick it in your computer. you get the music songs up, and then keep that minimized. then you go to the START button, and look for 'computer' or 'my computer'. click on all of them until you see your chip in one of the drives. then you add and drop the songs into the audio section of your memory chip. then you put the chip back in your phone, and look for it in ur my stuff/audio. then you move it to phone, and tada. it may work differently depending on your carrier, and phone. i hope this helped a little!
