WMA Ringtones through free SMS?

Hey, I live in Australia, I have a few ringtones I want to get on my mobile, I don't have a USB to the PC so I'd need to upload it to somewhere and it would have to send it to my phone... does anyone know how I can do this in Australia? For free? ? Thanks!
