How can i get free games and ringtones on my cellphone using a microSD card?

Well i just got an LG Decoy and a microSD card a few days ago. I already have music in "My Sounds" and "My Music" using the microSD card. How can i make the music in these folders into my ringtones without the use of sites similar to ventones.com and mobiles24.com. Also, how can i put free games on to my LG Decoy using the microSD card or text messaging. Thanks in advance guys!!! :D
