What websites can i get free ringtones for my cellphone?

What are some websites that i can get free ringtones for my cellphone. i don't have internet access on my phone, so i can't have any websites that only let you do it that way. And they have to be free! Does anybody have any good ones? i can't record songs on my phone. it doesn't sound good. it cuts out all the time and my phone doesn't let me set them as ringtones.

2. you can try myxer.com..... through my phone i do the internet way, where they send you a link. but you also have the option to text a number in and the site sends it to you. also on this website, you can download your own songs and fix it to the part of the song you like and make it a ring tone. there are some tones on the site that do cost money so you just have to be careful. it does tell that either "there is no fee for this tone" or "this tone costs 0.99" so it depends. hope i helped and it works for you.

Just remember you get what you pay for. Personally I'd rather use the site I listed above, you just punch in your cell number and you can download the ringtones directly onto your phone without any additional complicated steps.
