where can i go to get free ringtones for my alltel phone?

i know a few places already but you have to have internet on your phone to download them when they send the text message.. so is there anywhere i can go where you dont have to download them on your phone they'll just send you the song already downloaded?? cuz i dont have internet on my phone but i can recieve picture messages.
