my phone does not have text messages, and I want to receive ringtones from the computer without using text ?

i want to be able to receive free ringtone from the computer but i want to do it , without using SMS

1. If you have it, use blue-tooth :)
2. Most phones allow you to connect them to your computer over USB or Bluetooth and transfer files. Or if your phone has an SD card (most have a mini- or micro-SD slot), you could plug that into your computer and save the file there directly.
