Download totally free ringtones

Can I really convert MP3 files on my Nokia 5310, into ringtones?

I'm getting a Nokia 5310 and was wondering if you can really take your mp3 files and make them ringtones? ...without using anything else but the phone itself? Thanks!

2. Phones dont have ringtone making software preinstalled . So you can use mp3s as ringtones but you cant convert files using JUST your phone.
