Download totally free ringtones

Blackberry Curve 8310 and ringtones?

I just bought a Blackberry Curve today and I use http://phonezoo.com to download free ringtones. They send a link to the ringtone though SMS text message. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to extact the data from the link. There is no option to highlight the link and follow it. Thanks in advance. =]
