Free ringtones for an Alltel Phone?

I want to find free ringtones that can be sent directly to my phone via text message. Every site I look at charges something like $9.99/month. My phone is a MOTOROLA W315 and my provider is Alltel. Please help. Also I don't have internet access on my phone and all the music I have are not mp3 types so I can't upload them to a site to go on my phone.
