How do I know put free ringtones on an LG scoop from Alltel?

I have an alltel lg scoop and i went to myxer.com to download free ringtones. but when I did i could not find out how to apply the ringtone as my current ringtone! Can somebody please help me set songs off of a free ringtone website as a current ringtone? 10 pts. for the best answer

1. ventones is the only free ringtone site certified to work with alltel. U can upload and make ur own ringtones for free. Dont waste ur time with myertones because its a terrible site. It doesnt work for half of the major carriers. Ventones is the best.
