Can you put music for ringtones on razr phone?

I know you can get ringtones but can you put music that you have on your computer on it? I found a usb cord that fits it so I can connect it to my computer. Is there a special program you have to have?

2. Plug in your usb to phone. Go to my computer and click on your phone. There should be a music folder or something. Open it and put the music you want in that folder.

4. you dont need an specific program for that. just drag the files into the phone!!
5. you can not put the whole songs as ringtones i am using VENTONES which is a site in which you upload a song and choose 20 sec. of it, and use it as your ringtone. It is free. the only way to use a song as a ringtone, only use the chorus. free and safe site.
