How do i get free ringtones from websites if I am not allowed to access the internet on my phone?

From myxertones.com but i even tried ventones and its confusing, it says i have to help them advertise for something or whatever.

2. you can download mp3 songs using limewire, then convert that to the format your phone supports using free open source program like audacity, then transfer it to your phone using cable or bluetooth.. hope this helps.
