Download totally free ringtones

How can i get free ringtones, wallpapers, etc without internet on my phone?

I have tmobile and i have the samsung t429, i only have tzones thats with the phone but i dont have the unlimited access which is 5.99 a month i was wondering if they are any websites out there where i can still get them for free without internet and if i get a usb cable cord for my phone would i be able to transfer it to my phone, please help!!!

2. www.gallery.mobile9.com www.zedge.net Find the resolution of your screen size e.g. 128x128, 176x220 etc and google them in images. find free mp3 cutters so that you can cut your mp3s to a certain section e.g. the hook/chorus and use that. as for transfer, do you have bluetooth, if so you can get a bluetooth dongle for your pc to transfer files to your phone, or use cabland provided software to do this. also download a program called irfanview, it allows you educe the size of your saved images and cut out selected parts, resize them to you phones resolution. therefore you can choose your own images and reduce the size to send to your phone!
3. Hi there......whenever I'm looking for ringtones online or a specific ringtone or really anything, I just go to google and type "free ringtones" or "(song name here) ringtone". I usually am able to find a good selection of what I need, and the ringtones can be texted to your phone!
4. yes, you could use usb cord to transfer ringtones and other stuff from your computer to your phone. also i think some places on the web can send ringtones on your phone through txt.
